The first didn’t have a/c but we were provided 3 fans which was fine. The second was a very large room with a/c overlooking the front courtyard. "This hotel is located about 2.5 hours from Managua. It has a private beach that is amazing, secluded, warm water, great waves for surfing, and wonderful sunsets. "If you are a backpacker this might be okay for you, but was bad for us. The rooms are extremely hot with no AC and a small fan that does nothing. Leon is the hottest city in the country, and also breakfast was not included in room price. Cannot recommend, although staff seemed friendly and location was good."
