"The rating when I booked this holiday had dropped by the time we got there and the holiday did not live up to my expectations. One bed side light was dodgy with its connection so we didn’t use it and the other one didn’t have a lead long enough to reach the socket! There are some areas where the wood at the lodge and around the property need some replacement but overall didn’t detract from a lovely setting . "The game lodge provides a great lion, cheetah and elephant experience as these are easier for the rangers to find due to telemetry. Leopard and Rhino can be fairly elusive and you can very likely leave not experiencing the big 5 as was the case in my instance. The accommodation is very clean however not as modern as expected. Staff are fairly friendly and accommodating. The lodge is fairly well situated to get to the Kruger National Park as well as, God's Window and Potholes. "
