"Overall good! Super clean, excellent breakfast, and lovely staff, all in a really great location. Unfortunately our room was on the ground floor with windows right onto the road, and trucks going by throughout the night kept waking us up. Not the hotel's fault, obviously, but if you're a light sleeper it might be worth requesting a higher room! I know some reviews here have complained about being in the annexe around the corner, but it was not an issue at all (although I guess if it was pouring...

"The hotel was perfectly located to walk everywhere around the city. What was disappointing was the front desk staff (except Fatina, she was fabulous, cheerful and welcoming) and their lack of offering 'need to know information' to visitors who where unfamiliar with little things that turned out to be huge; such as needing to order a taxi the night before. We almost missed our train because we did not know, even after letting the front desk attendant know our plans for checking out the day...
