"The service here was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My departing time was well after check out and I was allowed to use the facilities until I left for the airport. It’s a nice quaint boutique hotel. It was a little too cool to swim but the pool seemed very inviting. You’re very close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Shout out to BRUKBAR across the street. "Its a nice boutique hotel. Rooms are average size. Best part is they have a bakery in the front of the hotel. The baked goods are pretty good. Its nice to have fresh baked breads in the am. Its situated in a great area, in the heart of palermo soho, where all the action is. Everything is withing walking distance; bars, restaurants, entertainment. Bad things are, water pressure in the shower was so,so. One day there was no hot water. You have to enter security gate, which is ok. No elevators. No...

"We were in room 3 which needs some repairs. The air conditioner was not efficient with cooling down on second floor. The cold faucet needs repair in the bathroom. The host/hostess were wonderful! George loves to joke! "
