We didn’t try the pool or hot tub, but it looked nice and inviting every time we walked by. The location is very convenient and the property looks well maintained. "

"Very friendly staff and very clean facility with very nice rooms. Note that the 1st floor is actually upstairs (2nd floor) with no elevator access. So if you have a lot of luggage it’ll be a bit of a chore. "

"My first hostel stay and it won’t be the last! I lucked out with a clean room, great roommates and the location was perfect and walkable to shopping and restaurants. Liquor store onsite, decent variety of breakfast although I found the kitchen a little chaotic and confusion. Some signage would help! I’d definitely recommend this as an affordable place to stay while visiting Banff (hotels are outrageously priced, this was a fraction of the cost!)"

"This hotel is a little older, but has a nice pool and the rooms that open to the pool are handy for kids. I think a few upgrades would go a long way to improving the hotel. Mostly the bathrooms. Overall its a nice place we like to stay with our grandkids for a night. "
