"The customer service at this hotel was excellent and the staff truly cared about their guest. The room was clean and comfortable and very spacious. The hotel is close to Auburn University, downtown Auburn, and within 15 minutes from Opelika. "

"The staff are super nice and friendly! The rooms were clean and neat."

"Service was good, lobby was nice. Furnishings and trim in the room were worn; there was something sticky on one of the tables so was not properly cleaned. The curtain rod in the shower was sagging downwards which caused the curtain to also want to sag towards the middle. Pool are was clean and well maintained. Beds firm and very comfortable; air conditioner worked well. Overall a pleasant stay though the room could use some renovation."

"Great hotel in quiet and central location. Guests above me were quite rude and noisy very late into the night. The hotel had plenty of open rooms, so they should space their guests apart so that there is no noise."
