"A nice property in Deira. Booked a non smoking room and was placed on a smoking floor, in a smoking room. Wasn't to noticeable and was too tired to change after a 16hr flight. Gym facilities ok, but no towels or bottle water provided like many of the other hotels in the area. Very friendly staff, and 2 really good bars/nightclubs. "

"My room was in poor condition. The location in Deira was good, near Al Seef, Dubai Creek, Souk Market. Near City Centre Mall, this mall has the best prices in Dubai. The room fare was reasonable. Costumer Service was good. Fare included breakfast and shuttle service to and from Dubai Festival City. Mall. This hotel is in old Dubai."

"Property been closed for more then 1 year how come you still selling this ?? When I reached to property’s middle of the night 2am with my kids property was closed how come you can do this to family ?? Very poor "

"Pros: You have amenities and good shops nearby. Really near the airport (terminal 3) This property seems to be like a 3 star hotel and not a 4 star as things are quite old and some parts are dirty. The staff are strict and doesn’t understand much English. For example we asked if they had a freezer and they sent us a fridge. They wouldn’t allow us to use their microwave so we had to throw away a lot of food. It was an okay stay and did the job but it’s not like other 4 star hotels e.g...

"The internet is terrible. Absolutely terrible. Very weak, comes and goes, a waste of time. Also the GYM is not usable, it is just a picture on expedia but in reality all is faulty or missing. And to think that i chose the hotel for the "gym"...."
