"I left this hotel with mixed feelings. It caters more to diving services. My family spent 4 days there. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The only issues that bothered were the brownouts and no hot water. It's a bit far from Alona Beach, but another adequate beach is within walking distance. The most excellent part of our stay was the staff. Very professional and friendly. Really helped out with the transportation with trikes. They really know how to make you feel welcome. "The only good thing to say about this hotel was the view. Initially placed in the wrong sized room. Hugely uncomfortable bed and disgusting food. Owner’s attitude disappointing to say the least. Staff need more training in all forms of Hotel management."

"The Henann villas in Alona are our home for a few days when we visit family in Bohol. My little one and I can enjoy the small pool 24/7, which perfectly accommodates our wake times from jet lag. The staff has been friendly (improved over the years), and the response time to phone calls and issues have been quicker. The only thing I would suggest and wish is for the return of the breakfast buffet for their Villa guests at Christina’s café (instead of at the current general buffet places at the Coral and Sea Breeze locations). Also, they should accomodate more for minors who are staying at the Villa when it comes to using (and enjoying) the Lounge. Maybe use the outdoor part of the Lounge for those adults who are drinking alcoholic beverages, and allow kids to use the indoor/air conditioned space? The current situation I find to be too discriminating for kids and for the guest families who are staying at the Villa. I strongly suggest a more FAMILY-friendly setup. Thanks!"
