I did not like that the lot was not very lit at all, and there were several parties/groups wandering the property, one of which approached me and seemed like they were either drunk or on some sort of drugs. The service during check-in was abysmal, as the staff extremely poor with communication, and instead of speaking with me, they pointed at things while expecting me to understand what they wanted. To be clear, I speak English, and they were both speaking English as well as their native language, so I know there wasn’t a language barrier. My room had a the dead bolt broken off of it, and the door would never fully close and seal, it was able to be pushed in and would float back out a little, so it wouldn’t have taken much of an effort to open it if someone wanted to. There were also many flies in the bedroom Ila’s well as the bathroom (the entire rental area). The bathroom toilet was both broken aesthetically as well as physically. It would not flush until I took the back piece off, manually assisted it so it could fill with water, then let it go so it would flush itself. The staff was extremely unreceptive during checkout, being very dismissive and claiming that when I attempted to get a refund through Expedia, that the staff never tried to contact them, whereas they did multiple times the night I checked in, as well as multiple times following my checkout at the number the staff at the hotel gave me, stating they ALWAYS answer. I won’t be returning here again.

This property is completely unsafe and unhygienic. There’s a lot of crime around the motel including gangs, drugs, and prostitution. Other guests would often blast music from speakers and their cars. The walls are very thin so you can hear conversations outside your room. The customer service is beyond atrocious. The room itself is infested with bed bugs, the floor is filthy and rancid - not clean at all. The sheets all had questionable stains and one of my pillows had blood stains. The throw and comforter had urine stains and had holes or rips. The shower drain was full of hairs and gunk. The staff denied my refund request. Finally, every morning the housekeeping would open the room door which intruded on any ounce of privacy. Worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life.

I strongly advise against staying at this property. It did not resemble the photos at all, and the rooms were unsafe. The door latches were broken, and the entire place was filthy. There were roaches on the bed, hair in the sink, and the tub was disgusting. Outside my room, it smelled like urine, and there was mold growing on the AC unit's ventilator. Due to these conditions, I did not stay there. Additionally, random people were walking around the facilities, and although there was security on duty, the place still felt sketchy. I am new to the area and wanted a comfortable a place to stay for the night while I visit Dallas for my first time. Unfortunately I thought the affordability of this place, in comparison to their photos seems decent enough. However that was not the case at all! I hope to receive a full refund but I doubt that will happen.
