Toilets weren't always flushing and shower pressure was mediocre. Staff was notified and always attempted to fix the issue."

"Annonce mensongère. Au lieu d'une chambre double avec salle de bain privative, nous avons eu une "chambre" dont l'accès se faisait par un dortoir de 4 lits, et la salle de bain était partagée avec ce dortoir. Je précise que la chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre (juste un petit trou dans le mur derrière un rideau pour faire passer un filet de lumière), ressemblait plus à une cellule de prison, et que la propreté n'était vraiment pas acceptable, ni dans la cellule, ni dans la salle de bain. "Harman Suites is conveniently located in Pagsamana Road with lots of cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Moalboal beach for sardine runs and turtle watch activities is just a 3 minute walk away, and guests can use snorkel masks and life vests free of charge. The location is clean, with adequate amenities, well maintained and quiet. Highly recommended for a short stay to enjoy Moalboal and the surrounding Cebu attractions!"
