"The staff was very nice and helpful! My only problem was that days in advance of my arrival I followed the instructions given on the app/website to write to the hotel in order to give them my time of arrival and arrange to meet the shuttle. I wrote several times with no response! I finally called just before I got on my plane to Paris. Because I don't speak French it took sometime (and 3 phone calls) to have them send me instructions via Whatsapp. They said they never received emails from me so I don't know if that is their issue or a glitch with Expedia. However, as I mentioned, the staff, including the shuttle drivers, were very nice, pleasant and helpful once I was able to contact them! My room was very spacious and really just what I wanted for a good night's sleep between flights. "

"Hotel is great option if you need it for overnight stay in Paris, close to the airport. It is defenitely not an option for tourism."

"Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Easy to stay here if you only have one day in Paris before flying home. You walk out of the hotel and go down the escalator to the metro station and :30 minutes later you are in the center of Paris. The hotel is very quiet due to soundproof windows despite being at the center of the airport. Great hotel. Will stay again."
