Staff was wonderful, big help with questions/reservations at local restaurant. Coming from the train station/metro requires about a 10min walk along cobblestone so plan accordingly with your luggage (pack lightly) but is worth it for the location and surroundings "

"The hotel room was large and included a washer and dryer. It is located on the outskirts of downtown. Aside from the location and the sofa "bed" that was very uncomfortable as both a sofa and bed, the hotel is a decent choice."

"The staff went above and beyond for our honeymoon. It was unfortunate that a late check out was almost the price of another stay since we our train out of the city wasnt until an hour after we had to check out, so we couldnt wait for the train in our room. But the luggage storage was helpful for that. Most comfortable bed weve stayed in while touring Scandinavia. It was just a shame we couldnt keep the windows open on a hot night since the noise was so loud outside."
