"Very nicely located property. 5-8 minutes to the water. Less than 1 km to train. Very competitive price. Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us"

"Beautiful, spacious one bedroom apartment in the heart of Como- just steps from the main square with plenty of restaurants, shops and beautiful architecture- and a 2 minute walk to the Lake, which was stunning. "We were on the 2nd floor but it was 52 steps up 4 flights of stairs. There were no remotes for the air conditioning, and the chairs in the sitting area were very rickety and uncomfortable. I did reach out to the property and heard back. They came by with supplies but we were leaving the next day. "
