Zero communication with the owners, no response to emails or phone calls or messages. Not good enough for customer service.

Clean property. Good location. Full kitchen but it is shared. This is not a suite, it is a hotel room with access to a kitchen. Rooms do not have deadbolts. I slept late one morning and a maintenance person entered my room. Complained about this but received no response.

We checked out early due to the smell. It smelled as though there was sewage backed up in the building. The owners were willing to refund but could not because we booked through Expedia.
