"The room here was my favourite out of the 5 different hotels I stayed at in Japan. Great space for a large family travelling together. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer in our room. Only downside was not having someone at the front desk to check us in upon arrival. Someone did come once we sent in a request however "

"This is a great place if you want to be close to memorial park (5 minute walk) and outside the tourist zone. It’s 25 minutes direct by streetcar from Hiroshima station. The apartment is the size of a large hotel room with kitchen, spacious bathroom and laundry machine. The host communicates well and there anre instructions for everything you need on a website. "This is an excellent property. I was traveling with 4 other adults and two children, and this was a very spacious and nicely appointed apartment with kitchen, dining area, and two separate sleeping areas (one in the living room and a separate bedroom). It was very convenient to walk to shopping and restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Hiroshima memorial park and museum. The owner provides a mobile wifi hotspot device that was a major bonus. I had some difficulty finding the apartment...

"We enjoyed our stay. On arrival we expected there to be beds in both rooms, but only the two queen beds were set up. The owner gave us approval to set up the other room also. We had some trouble with the wifi, but they gave us a pocket wifi to use. They were very accommodating and responsive. Only thing was only 1 hotplate in kitchen is functioning (as 2nd one too close to wall so fire hazard so it’s inoperable). "The flat is located near the ferry port. It's a good spot to stay. The hosts gave us precisely instructions about checking in and out and they were very helpful, answering our questions. "Overall the cleanliness and noisiness of this place was poor. There were no blinds to block out the light. The shared bathroom was poorly cleaned. There was hair and dust all over the floor in the room. The room was spacious but overly so, it could’ve had a separate ensuite it was so big. The 5th floor had no lift access. Wouldn’t stay again.
