Front desk clerk was friendly helpful liand courteous . Maintenance needed: Room242- although room was partly cleaned, it had many parts-eaten food items laying around. Room239: lite in ceiling consistently flashing, bathroom tub missing a tub plug, bottom of bathroom of door poorly maintained. Restaurant attached is only open to 3:0 pm - not appropriate times for hotel guests

The sheets on the beds had stains. The floors were not swept. The walls had stuff stuck on them. The drawers of the dresser were filthy. The fridge didn’t work. The curtains had stains on them. The lounge chair had stains (not sure what it was). Overall, very disappointed. Normally I don’t leave a bad review but this has to be addressed. Will not return.

I didn't enjoy anything about this property. It was dirty and felt like I was in the ghetto with holes in the walls and doors, light fixtures burnt out, most outlets didn't work. On check out the front desk girl was sleeping. We had friends staying at the Best Western 1 block away for the same price and it was a million times better. Will never recommend anyone stay here!

The good: The staff were super friendly and willing to help anytime I asked them something. The sheets and towels were clean and smelled like bleach so you know they were clean. The sink and counter were also clean. I did not mention my concerns to the staff as I was hardly at the hotel due to meetings. If I had I think they would have tried to solve these issues. The TV had a number of channels. The bad: The bathtub looked dirty with greyish sides and the non-slip floor looked gross beside the rusty drain. I ended up showering at good life gym. The hallway fire door that went outside to additional units was left open and it was noisy during the day. The light in my room was flickering a lot. The carpets had seen better days and I left my slippers on in the room. The neutral: I did not use the gym or pool while staying here but they looked nice. The breakfast just included Costco items. I needed to shorten my trip by 1 night and I was advised that no refund would be given due to the no refund policy. Overall it's an okay place to stay but I will likely stay somewhere else next time around as newer looking hotels are just 10-15$ more per night even though they are slightly further away from Abbotsford airport.
