Luckily we had a newer renovated room. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioner and the unit that was going was noisy. The breakfast was not what it showed in the picture. Our room was clean.

For the price, it was what it needed to be, close to restaurants and short driving distance to anywhere you need. The biggest con was not every room was equipped with ac, it was so hot and stuffy the moment we walked in the room that we ended up going out and buying a fan to use with the fan the front desk was kind enough to bring us after we requested it, because there was no way we were going to be able to sleep in that heat. So keep that in mind if booking in the summer months.

Hotel proved to be nothing like the pics. Old, run down, wall paper peeling, going under renovations on the outside. Inside AC was only in one room with fan in bedroom. Lighting was terrible and dingy and hallways were musty smell. Terrible stay.

Property was not well maintained. They offered breakfast but no hot water to make tea. Comforters on the beds were lumpy. You could see that the filling in the comforters were clumping after laundry

The carpet was filthy the staff was unfriendly and rude. The renovations had nothing to do with the low rating. Renovations do not give property management the right to have unclean rooms
