"I don't think I have ever written a review for a hotel before. This hotel deserves to know how much my group of ten travelers enjoyed the stay. The location is fantastic, we walked to every attraction except Islas del Rosario and Convento de la Popa. The hotel smells amazing. We sought out the fragrance to bring home with us! The staff is friendly and helpful. Karen handled the check-in and it was smooth. Alphonzo showed us to our rooms and carried our bags. The welcome drink and cool towels were refreshing. The stay included a great free breakfast. Freddys and Edwin were a welcoming sight each morning. They introduced us to salsa de ají and prepared eggs to order. I'm sure the young adults in our group will stay in touch with them. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC was very much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and again."

"This hotel was better than I’d even hoped! Our duplex room had 2 washrooms, which was an extremely pleasant surprise. The property is clean, the food is delicious, the breakfast well-stocked with plenty of variety, and the staff are amazing. They are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help. There are some odd things about the property (elevator is a little finnicky, keycard didn’t always work the first time, some lights wouldn’t turn on), but nothing that impacted the quality of our stay at all. It can get a little loud with party buses driving by at night, so consider bringing earplugs. I’d highly recommend this property, and would stay again if I went back to Cartagena!"
