Absolutely loved our room. Best views out every window. However the male front desk staff was less that helpful or kind. The ladies in the attached coffee shop were more help than the front deck guy

The room looks nice and is very clean. The downside is the noisy AC and that the washroom don't have a separate switch for light and the exhaust. Even my kids can't tolerate the noise level of the exhaust fan. One thing that was disappointing was the lack of microwave and the lack of concern from the front desk when we asked about it. It's an essential appliance and was surprised that they don't have it.

Clean and modern room with beautiful mountain views. Located in the heart of Canmore so parking the car and walking to restaurants and shopping is very convenient. Self Check-in was quick and seamless and we were very happy with our stay.
