The property was nice the people were great and very hardworking. However, it was very hot inside and being humid outside it was not a good combination since they don’t have air conditioning installed inside. The food also had its pros and cons. They had a variety of food and during the beginning of our stay it was good. Though after eating the food for a while we all had an upset stomach during our whole trip. One of my family members got sick from eating the sushi and another from the meat of the burgers which were very pink inside even after told to make sure the burger was well done. I’m not sure if it’s because that’s how the food is in Cancun but seriously we had to buy so much Pepto-Bismol.

Buena Gente en el staff pero no hay una real organizacion,la comida es buena pero repetitiva, una reserva para cena fue practimante al aire libre con un calor de 95 grados, un hotel barato tampoco se puede ser demasiado exigente

First day when we enter to the room AC was not working we reported multiple times but did not fix. We stay in the room with out AC that night we cold not sleep at all. Next day we reported again and AC guys said AC unit it working. Then they give me another room, with their security guard we went to another room when I open the the door and went inside the bed room a family was sleeping there. We were in socked my body started shaking we were so scared my kids 2 and 7 started crying my wife was crying. Then I went to the counter even they didn’t apologize for this he said it is easy fix he can give me another room. Finally they give me another room. I tried to talk Manager they said I can’t till next day. Next day I talked to Manager he apologized for the situation but not compassion offer. It was terrible stay on this hotel. Very disappointed.
