"The staff at this hotel couldn’t have done more! The room was beautiful. Beds comfy. Pool Devine! Had a massage at the Spa and it was the best I’ve ever had. Oh and do t get me started on the breakfast. Wow!! There’s a shuttle from the hotel to downtown and the beach leaving often throughout the day. Highly recommend this hotel"

"We had a lovely stay at lasenta. The room is spacious. Separate bathroom and shower. It's about 1.5km from old town so not much nearby and we enjoyed the peace and quite. They do have shuttle service to drop guests off at old town or the beach"

"This is an amazing hotel with wonderful amenities! Tuang at reception was very helpful in giving advice about where to shop and what to see and do. She helped arrange everything for us! They offer such great amenities for the spa and happy hour and the buffet breakfast was delicious! We were even able to use bicycles to go to the beach and they have an arrangement with one of the beachside places for free chairs, umbrellas and towels. Really the best place I have ever stayed!"

Die beschriebene Barrierefreiheit war nicht ganz zutreffend, aber die einzelnen stufen zum frühstücksraum und zum zimmer wurden schnell mit großer Kreativität mit improvisierten Rampen überbrückt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und dennoch recht zentral, 15 min Fußweg zur Altstadt. "

"Free room upgrade was much appreciated. The breakfast buffet on the first morning was great with many food choices. There was no buffet on the second morning due to lacking of guests. Mosquitoes were in the room on the first night. The staff were very welcoming and friendly."

"Simply an amazing gem of a place that is hard to summarise in words or photos. We had a fantastic stay at this amazingly floral location by the river… it really does live up to its name! The garden of orchids surrounds the private and secluded pool area. From the top floor, 2-room mini apartment we had 360 views (and a river view to boot), 2 (!) bathrooms that feel semi indoor/outdoor and fabulous air-con. Breakfast was leisurely and with a great selection of fruits, juices, coffee, eggs…...

"We had asked for airport pickup but that didn't arrive so got a taxi there. On arrival from the outside it looked shut. We went inside to find a dirty empty reception, walked into the restaurant to find 2 people asleep. The girl asked if she could help us, we said we were booked in, she made a phone call and then took us to a room. We walked by the pool, there was a dirty table, rubbish in the corner, filthy floors, no sunbeds. The room was full of mosquitos,we got bitten to death the first...
