Overall our experience was great. Things that I wanted to point out for improvement are: 1) no microwave in the room - very important especially for those travelling with kids 2) switch of study lamp (located on top of table) is same with the light of entire room. you cannot move it either because the wire is screwed on the wall. so difficult to keep kids undisturbed from sleep and do your paper work at night. the night lamp at the head of bed is not that bright. not helpful for reading. i need to stay at the sink beside the bathroom to study. 3) kids enjoyed the pool but space is limited due to swimming lessons ongoing almost the entire afternoon. you can also see the whole pool from the dining area. Staff were excellent, cleanliness and breakfast great. Thank you.

We’ve stayed before and enjoyed it so decided to stay again. One amenity we always look at is whether a facility has a pool (which this one does). However, we were informed at check in that it was closed for the duration of our stay. I inquired whether we would get a discount and was informed we would not and this was disappointing to put it mildly.

LRT access is excellent, parking is a bit tight. Clean enough, good staff, but not great value for money. Very long hallways, and a dingy view. But overall it's fine.
