"The whole ambience of the eco camp is just so chilled. The pool is amazing and clean and wonderfully refreshing in the heat. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, organising food for us to bbq and offering a moped for half an hour when we ran out of cash to go to the atm. If you have already done most of the tours in the island then there isn’t masses to do around Balilihan except the waterfalls and you need a scooter to get around. We didn’t have this so instead just enjoyed a lovely...

"There seemed to be a pack of dogs in the area barking all through the night. One about 3 doors down from our room that appeared to belong to a staff or manager there. The walkway was gated with a sign to keep closed to keep the dog in, the stairs smell of dog urine and the steps were dirty. THe room we were given on check in did not look like the one pictured and had only one bed. We objected and were moved to the type of room pictured.
