"I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and newness feel of the guest rooms. The outside definitely is not fitting of what you find inside and within the resort. The only problem I had was with guest laundry. One of the two washers available were broken. The laundry is located outside of the resort. I made a few attempts to get help from the desk. There was some frustration with getting help for this issue, felt like they couldn't be bothered with it. They did however replace my detergent. I would stay again, and recommend to family and friends. We were visiting Universal Studios with family."

"Property is rated a three star, should be a four star. Rooms are clean, well appointed, with a modern interior. Pool area is exceptional, not crowded and beautiful landscaping. I would describe the hotel vibe as "easy going". I would definitely stay again."

"Stayed at this property just as a passing by got to our room late both nights and had early mornings. The area around the hotel is sketchy the hotels under ovation so have to take it for what it is rooms were very clean and nice tho just for the night"
