DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! CROOKS!!!! Fradulent staff. Absolutely filthy. Not a hotel, it is a motel.

Terrible. Everything broken. Elevator broken, light broken, phone broken, no heater amd provider broken space heater! You must walk the entire proptery to front desk for everything. Washer and dryer is broken as well. Terrible. Charged $75 late check out fee when carts are broken and needed to spend extra time to transport across entire location. Staff is horrible and lazy. Aggressive check out with nothing provided. Did not state the late checkout cost at arrival. Spent the whole night walking back and forth to front desk. Parked close to room but back elevstor is broken so it didnt matter. After all this the aggressive little man who came pissed off as if we did something to them at the door didnt care about any of the issues. Just wanted to charge $75 extra and thats it. Tried to ignore everything I stated and literally ran away from me attempting to block out what I was saying. I mean a complete scam.

We ultimately did not stay in the room because the fire alarm went off twice in our room. We are non smokers and were traveling with kids. The alarm went off randomly. The front desk staff offered the solution of reaching up and unplugging it. At the point we had already overlooked that the sheets were smelly, the furniture in the room all showed lots of sign of wear and water damage, the shower rod was wobbly because the screws on the wall were loose, the couch bed did not have bedding (not even a fitted sheet to cover the yellow mattress). All things compiles we decided to leave. The front desk person floated an offer to change rooms or a refund, I opted for a refund but after we had already packed and were ready to leave they said that it would be up to a manager to approve the refund… so I had to pay the room anyway. It’s not as nice as it looks in the photos.

We checked into the property and as soon as we walked in noticed the AC ws was not working so i went back and told the front desk and she said she would get maintenance to come look at it and said if they were not in she would put usbin another room. We no one came and she didn't upgrade so we had to crack the door and the window in the room to get air flow. Morning comes and i go back and tell the front that no one came and now the toile has ran off and on all night and the bed sheets smelled bad. She said she look at maintenance there. We had to leave cuz we had tickets to Knott's Berry Farm and I asked her to have the manager call me he did not come until 11:00 so I said I would be waiting for his phone call. Well as you can expect there was no phone call we get back about 6:00 at night and they did fix the AC but the toilet still was leaking. They didn't change the bedding and there was no one on staff that could do it at that time. They brought us the sheets so we can do it ourselves. We checked out the next morning and I asked for the managers phone number and she didn't have it all she gave me was an email and said that the manager knew about the situation and would get back with us well here we are a week later when I get this review and nothing has even happened. Needless to say we won't be back at this property. Very poor management and customer service.

The hotel has seen much better days. The restaurant was supposedly being renovated. They sent me to the 2nd and 3rd floor to look for a vending machine. There was an alcove where some were probably located there in 1995. The whole place ranges from tired to distressed. We chose it because it was the only hotel around that area that had a room with two beds but that was its only redeeming feature. The tub was so grungy that we didn't want to bath in it. There was hardly anyone staying there but the one person that was was a heavy person in the room right above us. Don't bother with this place. The owners obviously haven't.
