"Our second stay. A really nice hotel with a great view over the Pleasure Beach. The hotel is very clean. I am not keen on buffet breakfasts but others seemed to enjoy it. The service was good but I would recommend two members of staff on reception at checking in times, we had to queue a while. The wine in the room was a nice touch but we could not drink it as we do not like red and we could only swap it for Chardonnay, which we don’t like either, unable to swap for Sauvignon. "Hotel is massively dated and the room was just poor , very old n stunk of damp. The bed was so old springs were sticking up , outside of the room the floors creaked so badly that every time someone walked past even quietly it made a racket. The windows were so filthy outside and inside you could barely see out of them. "

"Great value for your money. Stayed in the 2 bedroom studio for 4 nights. The place had everything we needed. Warm room, comfortable beds and our own shower & bathroom. I would recommend a stay here."

"The worst hotel ever. Damged beds, old quilts, old TV (no LCD). Its the big disaster!!!!"

"Had such a lovely stay in this B&B with Janet and Zeus! It was our little girl's birthday and she couldn't have been made to feel more special, waking up to a card and chocolates on the breakfast table! The B&B was very clean, very comfortable, the room was big and spacious and was freshly made everyday. We couldn't recommend it more!"
