Received a warm friendly welcome from the staff. Room was very basic. Two bulbs not working and no handle on the window so couldn’t close it.Entrance, stairs and some corridor areas are dirty and worn out.

First impressions, only 1 lift working. staff on reception couldnt great, couldnt do enough to help. Keys are needed for corridor entry and romom which is good 👍 Rooms didnt look to bad but, air con not working, couldnt open windows which i understand due to the location. What we didnt like was someone's sock still on side of the bed and someone's beauty product still in the room. So had to sleep on top of bed as no answer using the number on back of the door. Twin beds were comfortable, fresh towels but hope you haven't got knee issues as toile is like sitting on the floor. Would be ok if i were a small child

This is a reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Blackpool. The carpets in the stairs and corridors in particular are in need of a thorough deep clean; the rooms themselves had been well looked after. Location wise, it is a great place to stay, and we were very happy with the price we paid for a weekend stay in May.

Good location, secure safe property, average room. But facilities are very limited. No plug sockets in the entire room unless you unplug the hotel phone and hairdryer then you have these 2 only. Air con unit or heating did not work and the electric heater they provided also did not turn on. Otherwise a average stay.
