"Loved the buffet breakfast! Staff is amazing! Very kind and attentive to guests! I will note that 1 of the 3 rooms booked had an odd smell. They kindly sorted the situation and changed room. This location is also close to Robinson mall where the grocery store/any other shopping you need to do is located. You can easily find tricycles also there, but we instead chose to drive. We did not have an issue with parking although it spaces can be tight the security guards in the parking lot were very quick to assist! Awesome stay!"

"The staff was very very friendly they were like my new friends the cooking at the restaurant was awesome the pool was big good place to bring your kids and they had a kid side and an adult side the staff even took me to church the one day which was excellent and I also got two rides into town to go get a haircut and there was a bit of a mix up with Expedia and they gave me the best room in the house the next day king size bed beautiful room see the ocean every morning I got up my favorite place in the Philippines so far I really like that place"

"The property is new and situated away from the city's rush. Quiet, clean and peaceful place overlooking the farm land. Most importantly, the staffs are amazing and one will experience the Philippine's hospitality at its highest. The personnels are very accommodating and friendly while respecting one personal space. "

"The room was clean, had a heater, and provided free toiletries, slippers, and towels. The free breakfast was two pieces of hotdog, rice, and a boiled egg. TV has Netflix and YouTube. The place was peaceful; it was just in front of the TPLEX Urdaneta exit, so going back to Manila is easier. The thing I didn't like about the area was the yellow tricycle drivers. Every time we ride the tricycle, the fare is different, sometimes 50 to 80 PHP, even though the way is the same and you can clearly see their fare matrix. They will take advantage of you because you're not from there. "

"Our stay at Levo Hotel was amazing. For the two weeks we had there it was like being in a home minus a kitchen. Easily accessible to SM Urdaneta and magic mall. Clean room and always stocked fridge. The staff was amazing and greeted with smiles every time you walk in the door. Only complaint I have is the hot water in the shower is not hot at all but it’s ok. Would definitely stay here again!!"
