"You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows. Room was good though there were some minor finishing touches. "

"Wonderful quiet hotel, with excellent breakfast buffet from 6-10am. Free hot drinks throughout the day including 3 different hot chocolates. The most comfortable pillow and bedding! Very clean shower room and toilet. I loved the fresh breeze through the large windows of room 404. Lovely staff. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again!"
