"Enjoyed every minute from we arrived until we left, all the staff were brill and courtesy with us nothing was a problem if we needed anything. Most definitely would stay again, it was a nice surprise for my girl for her fourth birthday, we would like thank yous all, thank you."

"We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Belfast. Great location for getting to the city centre. Parking is limited to a nearby Multi Storey Car Park which is subsidised. There was some confusion with staff around how the parking validation worked and took a couple of conversations to clarify. Unfortunately the sofa bed was also quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Worth a visit for a short city break. "

"The weather was as expected….grey. But luckily dry. This is our second visit to the hotel as our son lives out here. Lovely hotel, the evening bar service was a little “lack lustre”. We stood at the bar where there was one bar staff member sweeping up glass, but no acknowledgement from him to let us knew that we were waiting, and when we were served he didn’t seem friendly at all! "Informed at check in that there would be breakfast options available from 7am. This was not the case! 8am breakfast starts due to Covid issues. Are those staying able to delay the start of their working day due to Covid? I don’t think so. Luckily there was a McD’s nearby, but if I had known about breakfast times before booking I would have booked room only. This small issue is reflected in my overall rating."
