"The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "

"This hotel is really well suited for the buzzing area of Fisherman’s Wharf which has lots of bars and restaurants especially at pier 39. The rooms are fairly large and have everything you need with the added bonus of breakfast which is really high quality. The only small negative is noise in the morning from the passing traffic but that is only minor compared to the high quality of the hotel.
