Excellent location and great staff. The hotel is in a very quiet area, easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The hotel communicated with us in the days leading up to our stay to ensure we were offered transportation options and assured us of their willingness to provide support and assistance. The hotel has very few rooms, and doesn’t have a restaurant, however there are many dining options in the immediate area. The bed was very comfortable! Highly recommended.

Other than limited transportation to the property, there was door pick up when leaving and the second level boutique hotel was really nice.

The hotel was stylish and modern. It had a relaxing feel to it and was very conveniently located in the old town (yet far enough back from the main tourist street - so it was quiet and everything was just a pleasant walk away. It was also very close to a metro stop which made movement to more distal destinations simple. The only disappointing issue (not the hotels fault) was the recurring power failures that the building was experiencing during our stay. So we lost elevator access for periods, and air conditioning and hot water in the room for a day and a half, and spotty internet. But the weather was perfect and we were out and about most of the time - so it wasn’t a major issue. The hotel did offer all guests a decent refund for the inconveniences. These unfortunate things were the only reason for losing a star.
