1)Certain staff members were extremely helpful such as the bellman and the Terrace cafe staff. 2) Did not find the front desk to be customer friendly. 3) Did not even have a small breakfast selection on the Terrace menu for customers who did not desire the breakfast menu. 4) No complimentary bottled water 5). No wash cloths (face cloths).

This hotel has an amazing rooftop pool, restaurant and bar area. We enjoyed the sights and sounds of Barcelona but always found time to enjoy the rooftop bar and restaurant to relax, read, enjoy a drink or two and even some food. Fun spot and easy access to all tourist spots. We walked just about everywhere.
