"Review from an 17yr hospitality veteran. KEEP IN MIND EVERYTHING IS RELATIVE. If you're looking for turn-down service with sycophants, you need to be looking at the Beverly Hillshire or something similar. Rooms were clean. Everything well sorted. Staff was friendly and helpful. We even stumbled into a pool party! My 4yo had such a lovely time! The Manitowoc ice machine was empty one time, but that was probably because someone decided to fill up their ice chest - hotel ice machines can only do...

"We stayed for 3 nights and the staff did let us know ahead of time that they had limited house keeping so the trash did accumulate while we were there but other than that we had a nice stay. The location was really convenient, all the things we were wanting to do were not far. The staff were really friendly and didn’t hesitate to help if we needed it. The pool was really nice and clean. Overall was a great stay"
