"Very beautiful hotel, staff was friendly, but wished they explained the amenities around the hotel. I had to figure it out myself by looking at other people’s reviews. Beverages at the mini bar fridge are not cold, wish it was colder, the drinks were lukewarm. I arrived earlier than check in time so decided to go to the cafe to grab a coffee, some staff said “no” and another said “yes, I can come in.” Super confusing and then it took forever for the waitress and the ordered coffee to arrive. "So close to everything yet so quiet. Best little cafe downstairs, restaurants and nearby shopping malls, Shibuya crossing, station etc. park view room was an oasis in the city. I did read the fine print after we left that said we were supposed to get breakfast (my fault but wasn’t mentioned on arrival so check your booking) "
