"Lovely holiday as booked very short notice, my husband is disabled and in a wheelchair the toilets by the smaller pool were not that great to access as had a incline to it, it could have been better with a longer incline to the toilets as a few times his wheelchair got caught and one time tipped, luckily my husband does have some mobility where he could use his crutches. There are other toilets for the othe pool which are on the flat but wanted the quieter pool. A massive shout out to ALL the staff who were always happy to help out and were always cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. "

"Overall I'd rate the experienfe a 6/10, as ut did take some time to get used to hownthis hotel is run and acclimitise to lack of services on offer. I'll split my ratings into 3 categories: Service, Comfort and amenities. Service - I'd give this a 6/10 as the staff at the hotel did a good job to make themselves a available. First night was almost a disaster as we weren't talked through how to control the ac unit of the room and it led to time being wasted, in a hot sticky room. Once that was resolved, staff were usually quite attentive and the hotel manager was helpful with providing advice on how to get across corfu. Comfort - I'd give this a 5/10. Overall, the rooms were clean and our rooms were cleaned every day. However, the biggest let down was the fact that my room had bugs and i was getting bug bites. This was hugely disappointing and made the first few nights disappointing. Hotel lounge was clean, as well as the pool side. Me and my family when we were at the hotel, spent alot.of time by the pool side sunbathing, which was a pleasant experience. Its quite peaceful also alot of the time, as it wasnt busy at the time we stayed. Amenities - I'd give this a 4/10. There were some stuff which were said to be available upon arrival but just werent provided. An example being an ironing service. This was unavailable and it resuled in me having to buy an iron which disappointed me. Also you didn't have a dinner menu, you ordered the food from a third party restaurant. "

"It’s located in the middle of nowhere and no pathway for walking around the area. You have nothing to do on the evenings. Sometimes it’s a show, but the kids show is the first and it started on littleblate at half eight for my kid. The rooms are need a lot of renovations and refurbishment. The water is always come back from the floor in the bathroom as it was blocked especially when u use a shampoo. The ants are always coming from everywhere and we need to keep everything in the fridge. The grass is full of wasps and should be eat or drink carefully. The food in the restaurant is great for lunch and dinner, for the breakfast is very limited. One of the chef who made the pancakes are throwing them away straight from the oven and not taking them to the plate and walking out, just throwing…all of the pancakes were disgusting as they landed like every angle. In the pool bar you have only four cocktails and the good ones are payable doesn’t matter if you paid for all inclusive. The Slushie is 3 euro and the frappe 2,50. Fun. The pool buffet is very limited and everything is made from so cheap materials. The lady in the pool act like a princess and if u ask her too much like 4 hotdogs she just leaves you alone after than she served two hotdogs. This girl is always take away the ice cream spoon from the kids hands when she made an ice cream for herself or the crew. The entertainment crew is nice and great. The pools are great. The ginger Persian cat is so beautiful in the area."
