Roosters next door started crowing 3am and until 11pm the brewery company infront of the hotel were working with moving beer crates back and forth so it was extremely noisy late... For the hotel it was unfriendly staff(impolite to my gf in tagalog so I wouldn't understand what they are saying). We didn't get our daily complimentary water. No toilet paper. The bed sheets had stains that hadn't been able to get clean from previously...

Owner was super nice and even let us check out late for no extra charge as there was no one reserved for that room that evening. The view from the rooftop terrace is hard to beat.
