"Solid hotel in Amritsar, safe and secure. Good room with comfortable beds. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Short tuk-tuk ride to the Golden Temple - we befriended Deep and his team of drivers outside the hotel and they got us safely to everywhere we wanted including restaurants and the airport. I would recommend them highly. Good, solid hotel that won’t disappoint "

"Has such good potential and is a lovely property. The Heritage and ambiance are soothing. Food is really good too. Such a shame that service was not up to standards. To get a coffee with breakfast we had to ask 4 times (very politely) and it still took over an hour. Work with the staff on service would make this a 5 star. "

Unlike 5 star closed properties, this has space, trees, history, personal service, home cooked food (much of it grown on the property), lots of sitting spots (outside and inside) to give guests space to unwind and enjoy nature and Indian culture. They also organize tours to holy sites and to experience local culture."

Could not help me set up the WiFi The room and the equipment is not up to standards: 1. In winter they only put only a small blanket, there is no heating and it got very cold at night. 2. No toilet paper 3. The toilet has stains from ages ago. 4. There were constant electricity cuts"

"stay was good however they need to work on their cleanliness and service. It is at walking distance of 10 mins from Gurudwara Sri Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple). Good fit for someone looking for a budget stay"
