"Great place to stay and awesome buffet "

"Everything was fine. However it could be better if staff was able to speak a little more english. I tried to look for an ATM around and nobody could help me efficiently"

"Sofitel on Renmin Square exceeded our expectations in the quality and spaciousness of the room: for example, it had two toilets and a seperate Tub/Shower arrangement). It also exceeded our expectations in the breakfasts and the ambiance of the dining room. Additionally, all of the staff (expecially Leo the concierge) made us feel welcomed and were warm and friendly. Our stay at Sofitel Xian was a delight and an unexpected highlight of our 4 night stay in the city."

"Le Meridien is a brand new hotel, very modern, but a bit short-staffed. It is a bit removed from the center of Xi'an, but quite close to the Terra Cotta site (ca 30 minutes), which was great for us as tourists. The breakfast was very good. We stayed in a "club" room so we had free access to the top floor lounge with a small dinner buffet and refreshments. When we checked in we found out that our room had two twin beds for the three of us, so the manager accommodated us by moving us to a king...

"This was our fourth stay at the Wyndham in Xi'an. The service was great and the concierge was especially friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful hotel and very convenient to the sights of Xi'an. The only complaint we had was our dinner at Tang. My meal came much earlier than my husband's. In fact, I was finished eating by the time his arrived. "

"I think this was the best stay in the whole China trip for me. I enjoyed the place, shower & bath, comfortable bed, breakfast, and hospitality staff. The location was a bit distanced from the station but taxi makes a big difference to come back here. I wish Japanese restaurant was open but I enjoyed the Chinese restaurant at Sofitel as well. "

"The property is good with everything else but they won't turn on their AC system when the room temperature is already at 29C degree, the hotel cut off main AC so no matter what we do with the control inside, the temperature stay up, we complained but hotel says that's the way it is. I pay for a good experience, and temperature is important. for a hotel at this rate and this type of amenities, providing AC should be a requirement regardless of it is cool outside. Inside gets hot where there are...

"A conveniently located hotel with just so many eating options nearby. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of many tourist sights. Room is also comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. They provide free bkfst and even had some tea time afternoon snacks available. Highly recommend this hotel for ur next stay, "
