"Great service at front desk and restaurants "

"I loved everything about this place very nice. The only thing is when they bring your car up for pick up they need to chill. I felt rushed to get in and get out. As soon as i pull up they run up to the car and open the door. I had to ask one guy to not do that. It's not safe. Relax till i get out the car plz. "

"The stay was relatively good, the bed was a little uncomfortable and we were misled about the “destination fee” and charged for it without using it. Pretty confusing as the staff was not forward about the situation. The pool was a lot smaller than anticipated as well and the hot tub was not hot unfortunately. Overall not a bad stay but not the best either. "

Pro's New, great style and lay out, Clean, friendly, professional staff and service, great food and drink at the main restaurant main level and view and atmosphere from the roof top pool and bar. Con's - Horrible deck material by the pool (during the day you will fry your feet. Don't let your kids go without flip flops, water shoes, etc.) Rooms on the University are loud, as street noise from vehicles is load and no fans or white noise to mute...
