Surfers Paradise 4 Stars Hotels

"The hotel is in the middle of Surfers Paradise, it was our wedding anniversary weekend, the staff went out of there way to make our stay special. A thankyou to them all. We look forward in staying at the Novatel next year "

"Would have liked a mini bar to choose drinks from. Even just soft drinks and basic wines. Nice body products in shower. Big towels too Parking is not complimentary and a bit expensive at $25!!! "

"Staff are very helpful. Property is in great location for good value. The unit ‘s floor is not very clean, could use a mop. The kitchen cookware needs to be updated. The frying pan is not the “non-stick” type and very hard to clean. "
