"The girl who checked me in was very nice and helpful. Employees were all very nice. Bathroom was run down. Room was tiny. Location was good. Resort fee is beyond ridiculous and the reason I will look elsewhere next time. "

"The hotel was great! I actually expected there to be the normal wear, tear, grime, and mold in the room…however the room was spotless, no old buildup in the bathroom corners, it was immaculate. Staff was friendly, and had a great location for many local attractions….walkable to Fenway and downtown…worth the price…would definitely stay again. "

"It's incredibly handy to be able to either walk or take the shuttle to the airport. Beds were very comfortable, and the restaurants on the premises are good. There was an issue with our reservation when we checked in, but the man who checked us in was very professional and got it sorted quickly."

"The staff was rude, not kind or considerate and made it seem like I was bothering them when asking questions. Also, the fact that I had to valet my car because there wasn’t “enough space” was also annoying. It took over 20 minutes to get my car. "

"Great staff at check in, decent food at the hotel restaurant (that’s saying something for hotel food!) and fabulous harbor view room. Very clean. We left very early (5:30 am) to take the complimentary shuttle to Logan Airport. The shuttle arrived right when we got to the lobby and there wasn’t a crowd waiting to get on. All good!"

"This is a fairly new property in a very safe neighborhood in Boston. The location has good shopping and restaurants nearby and 2 restaurants and bars onsite. The rooms are very small but well designed. The is no room service or in room coffee or fridge."
