"Cleaning staff need to use clean cloth to clean bathrooms. When finished cleaning my bathroom smells like pee. I think you need to be the first in the morning. I was late in the afternoon. Also if you want good internet do not go here. You seem to drop internet connection every 4 minutes. So fustrating. I'll go another place just for that."

"staff are friendly. just the breakfast buffet staff too cautious in checking on customers like they are sneakers to eat free breakfast which made me feel uncomfortable. hope to see improvement. elevators too slow to wait."
