"We liked the facility, close to the beach and restaurants. you can walk. Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. Parking and beach chairs at the pool have a surcharge of $10 per day, it was the only thing we didn't like because the price of the rooms corresponds to these included without surcharge. It's our only complaint. Otherwise very good stay and welcome."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cottages by the Ocean and will happily stay again. My wife's first comment when we stepped inside was, 'What a great little find!" While the interiors are obviously a bit dated (which really only adds to their charm) they are impeccably clean and the tropical landscaping is beautifully maintained. "Amazing hotel. The kitchen has everything you need, room is very clean, pool is awesome, grounds are clean and beautiful. 5 minutes walk to the beach. I wish I could stay longer this time. Has 4 1 disabled parking spots. Thank you to the new owners for honering the old price I had reservations for. Next year we're planning to stay in Fort Lauderdale longer and this will be the first property I will call to check the pricing."
