"This hotel is very nice! It’s clean, modern and customer service was excellent. Every single staff member was so friendly yet professional and helpful. I needed an early check-in and although the hotel was pretty much full they worked hard to accommodate my request. The rooms are so nice! I stayed in a standard King room and it was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The room has an area for working from a large desk and a small sofa for relaxing. The bathroom was spacious and clean...

"The hotel was relatively close to Broadway so walking was not a problem. The breakfast buffet was not great and definitely not worth 19$ per person. "

"No exhaust fan in bathroom. Only sheers over window. Room was light all night. No light-blocking/sound-blocking drapes to lessen the outside lights and traffic noise. Tossed and turned (both of us) all night. Cheap carbohydrate breakfast. "

"Room it’s self was priced well however the property does charge an additional fee to park your car on their property. I am an openly gay man and was questioned 3 times if I in fact only needed one king bed in the room and not two queen size beds. I was there with my husband. "

"This hotel is a great location and is within walking distance to Broadway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and quiet and had everything that we needed. We felt safe in the area and walked home at night from Broadway with no issues. They do no clean your room everyday so you do have to request towels or coffee if you need those daily."

"Lot of changes here since our last of many stays, clearly trying to economize. Only bathroom sink amenity was a tiny bar of soap. Breakfast was repetitive and boring. LOBBY WINDOWS NEEDED WASHING. ON THE PLUS SIDE ALL STAFF MEMBERS WERE POLITE, WELCOMING AND HELPFUL."

"They provide golf cart rides to and from broadway that are a lot of fun ! Also free drink during 4-5 happy hr at the hotel bar ! "
