"I rarely leave reviews. Check in was great, lovely on site team. There was a function happening across the street in a fairly residential area and the noise was so loud that we couldn't sleep until 3am. Something out of the hotels control but the response from the management wasn't great. Great value for international travellers, not for locals"

"I stayed in January for 5 nights and my experience of staying at this hotel was not good. There was not hot water, despite my complaint the issue wasn't resolved. At times, elevators won't work and you had to bang on the door to keep them moving. The most frustrating part for me was the wifi connection which was VERY poor. I won't recommend this hotel if you have to do virtual meetings or have to respond to emails. I wouldn't staying at this hotel for USD 50 only. "

When questioned about why expedia have them on their site they said they have been telling expedia not book for years! I think the hotel had over booked and were looking to fob me off! "First the pros: Cost is nominal and includes breakfast. The hotel is also walking distance from a major mall so shopping is convenient. Staff are courteous and friendly. Now the cons: Sheets and towel had stains on them. The mattress has a 3 inch square square cut and was dirty. There was no cold water in the bathroom sink even after plumber came over to fix the issue (apparently caused by air in the pipes) so had to resort to either washing hands with boiling water and move the tap all the...
