"The property itself was in a very excellent location, because you have easy walkable access to the Petronas Twin Towers, the KLCC park which has a wonderful colorful water fountain ⛲️ show at night with music. The Saloma Link Bridge which displays a colorful bridge changing colors every 10-20 seconds outside and inside of it. Also, Avenue K shopping mall is across from the twin towers that offer a variety of dining or fastfood and a grocery store. All those tourists attractions are free to visit...

"We stayed in Kloe for 4 nights as part of our SEA honeymoon. It's a perfect pit stop to visit all the tourist destinations as its either a short walk to them or 10 minutes to the nearest MRT. The hotel itself is very stylish, rooms are small but comfortable and has all necessaries plus amazing aircon! "The room (especially bathroom) is extremely dirty. The exhaust vent is filled with dust. Faulty air-conditioning system, generating extremely loud noise. Have to go to Lobby and request a room change . The TV of the replacement room (Room 701) turns out to be half broken. 6 out of 10 electrical switches do NOT work. If there is a dirtiest award for hotel, Grand Barakah Hotel at Ampang would receive unanimous vote. "

"Good overall stay at a good price , very busy hotel and area , convenient to city for all attractions rooms clean but a bit small lifts bit of a wait at peak times modern hotel 4/5 ."

"In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. There was no reception or a proper person to ask about it."

"Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office. We call Expedia and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally...

"Felt at home, rented the 2 units for 3 weeks and kennnet and his staff were fantastic, with great clean spacious properties to helping you with suggestions to sights seing, shopping malls and grocery store locations. Definitely recommend "
