"My 3rd stay continued the streak of excellent service from the friendly staff. My room air conditioner was having problems and they fixed quickly. Later in the trip, the air conditioner had further problems so they moved my room. Their responses were fast and appreciated. I know where I’m staying when I’m back in Iloilo in the future. "

"Terrible place to stay at! Can’t even add a person to the hotel and the front desk doesn’t know how much it would cost to add a person. Customer service are only available till 9pm and front desk is really rude! They won’t let visitors inside the hotel."

"The surrounding areas such as shopping mall, dining and groceries store are accessible. My only concern was the cleanliness.. Pillow cases and comforter has stains, dust are floating in the air once you turned on the AC, you can see dust in every corner of the kitchen. I think the owner of this property should give an emphasis to their housekeeping. "

We've been to different locations of Days Hotel Wyndham but Days Hotel Iloilo City is so far the best in those aspects I mentioned above.
