We had booked the Sheraton because we thought it would be reliable in terms of timing and location. We had a wedding to attend for 5:00pm and check-in time was suppose to be at 3pm. We get there for 2:45pm and the room still wasnt ready yet and were told to wait. We asked to be accomodated to another room or any other way and we were denied. The front desk asked for my phone number while we wait so they can advised us when the room was ready. We waited till 3:20pm and no phone call was received, i went back to the front desk, waited in the long line to ask if the room was ready since no one called us. I cant even imagine if we had waited longer because we were in a rush to get ready and wasted more time. There were no communications, no acknowledgment or regards to anything from the staff or management received when they were aware that our group had a wedding to attend to and get ready for. I was very dissapointed of the service and respect from the staff and hotel. We were not impressed.

We have never experienced such excellent service and hospitality by ALL STAFF as we did on this our first stay at the Sheraton. It was unbelievable.

Water leakage led to changing of hotel room and kept in another hotel alrogether. Had to break with the group we were traveling with
