"The SoHo hotel in downtown Toronto was fabulous! We stayed in room 503 which was a huge executive suite with a separate living room and private outdoor rooftop patio. The bathroom was outstanding with a wonderful shower and separate bathtub. The bed was so comfortable and the suite included an in-room safe, small refrigerator and kitchenette, amazing coffee maker, TVs in the bedroom and living room and a small work desk area. "We were able to check in early, which was fantastic, however there was very loud drilling while we were trying to relax in our room. I emailed the concierge asking how long the drilling would continue, but received no reply. We ended up going out 2 hours earlier than planned because the drilling was so disruptive. "

"My family's stay started wonderfully as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The staff made every attempt to have our stay go as smoothly as possible and very accommodating to a family with young children. This Residence Inn deserves a 10/10 rating from checking in to checking out. "
